Texas Kings Make-Ready Services was born out of a simple realization: property managers already have enough on their plate. After hearing my daughter—who works in property management—share her frustration about juggling multiple trades just to prepare a single unit for new tenants, I knew there had to be a better way. With over a decade of experience in construction project management, I understood the delays and stress that come from coordinating painters, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, and maintenance crews separately. Property Managers shouldn’t have to become Project Managers just to turn a unit.
